Our founders, Levy Lieberman and Shane O'Neill led technology at Prodege, where they made a deliberate shift: instead of relying solely on candidates with polished resumes, they began investing in people with raw talent and untapped potential.
They built a model that taught coding through real production work—the same problems their teams were solving every day. Individuals without formal training quickly developed practical, job-ready skills, and many went on to build successful careers in tech.
That experience became the foundation for LearnLab.
LearnLab by AI Code Skills brings this approach into the classroom—combining real-world problem solving with modern AI tools to help students learn by building. The platform is designed to unlock potential early and give students a direct path into the future of technology.
With a focus on underserved schools, AI Code Skills is committed to expanding access to these opportunities where they matter most.

Shane O'Neill
Learning & Partnerships
Shane is a seasoned CTO and investor with a track record of building and scaling technology across multiple successful companies. He has led engineering at organizations including Accumen (acquired by a private equity group), Fandango (acquired by Comcast), and Synapse Group (acquired by Time Inc.).
He began his career as a software developer at ExpressBill, which was later acquired by WebMD.
Throughout his career, Shane has focused not just on building systems, but on building people—developing talent through real-world experience and creating pathways for others to succeed. His work reflects a deep belief in the potential of the next generation and the power of learning through doing.

Levy Lieberman is a seasoned technologist and builder whose path into technology was anything but traditional. From selling diamonds to helping build and scale the technology organization at Prodege, Levy brings a deeply hands-on approach to product development—focused on solving real problems and building systems that work in the real world.
Levy's Yeshivah background, where rigorous study and discipline are central, shaped his belief that talent, ability, and grit matter far more than formal credentials. That perspective continues to guide his work: identifying untapped potential, developing it through meaningful work, and building tools that make those opportunities accessible to others.
At LearnLab, Levy leads the product and technology vision, helping shape both the platform and the team behind it.

Creative, hardworking, and always bringing energy, he keeps everything moving—and does it with a smile. He has a natural ability to bring order to motion, making sure ideas turn into action and nothing falls through the cracks.
And every once in a while, he disappears and comes back with an original track. One day, he might share it.
Finian O'Neill

Finian's journey with AI Code Skills started out of curiosity.
Watching his father, Shane, work on the product, he became its very first user—quickly revealing a natural instinct for how things should work. That curiosity turned into real product insight, helping shape features and push the boundaries of what's possible.
Today, Finian brings that same mindset to R&D—constantly exploring, building, and finding faster, better ways to do things.
